Who We Are
Insect Deflect is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and owned and operated by only TWO people!
Mason (NMDA Operator #69804) and Chaela (NMDA Commercial Applicator #69787) are both the Owners and sole Service Technicians with a combined experience of 14 years in this industry! We also happen to be a couple of nature fanatics that are fascinated by Earth's vast variety of Arthropods and critters!
Pest Control is our true passion and calling because it allows us to not only use our brains and be USEFUL for our Customers, but also to be rewarded with the direct results of remedying pest issues at someone's property! Everyone deserves to feel comfortable where they sleep at the end of the day and while some companies make promises they don't always keep, Insect Deflect is 110% committed to ensuring not just a positive service experience, but a THOUROUGH service in general where you know EXACTLY what we need to do, where we need to do it and WHY we need to do it!
We will always fully walk you through our process, answer every and any question and accommodate to the best of our abilities for your convenience! Mission Statement
Over the course of the last decade, we have worked for many Pest Control companies!
There are plenty of diamonds in the rough in this busy industry, but unfortunately some have standards so low that not even a centipede could limbo under it! Far too many times did we find ourselves being punished by a large "name brand" company for taking our time at a Customer's home, for being honest about the fine print details of a service agreement and for flat out refusing to do illegal or immoral services that could jeopardize Human, Pet or Environmental safety. These experiences directly showed us what is right and what is wrong and that pushed and encouraged us to create Insect Deflect!
In doing this, we are able to maintain OUR high standards of integrity and dedication to Customer Service and overall Excellence without worrying about getting in trouble by a corporation that doesn't care about the Customer's satisfaction, or safety. We love our beautiful state, the wildlife and the kind people that inhabit it and strive to be conscientious in everything we do for the greater good of all! Our Customers aren't just a number to us and we don't ever want to be *that* company that jeopardizes quality for a quick quota because when someone calls for Pest Control, they're calling because they need help!
